As I mentioned last week we have been recording the sounds of books at the Bodleian Libraries in Oxford for our Fusion Arts Oxford Sense-sational Books project.

We have used two Zoom recorders (H8 and H6), a matched pair of Rode M5 Cardioid Condenser Microphones in an Ortf placement, a Rode NTG4+ shotgun mic, Sennheiser radio lavalier mic and our homemade contact mics to collect sound in the library.

Here we are listening to the sounds of the Weston Library.
