Every year when the weather gets warm enough the solar panels on the roof of the bowls club attract hundreds of gulls. So many of them that it totally covers the surface of the panels shading them from the sun.

While waiting for a 3D print to finish I used the time to walk out from the studio with our parabolic mic and record the birds. I followed this small waterway along the side of a field, a Great Tit performed above me for a while then a gang of Goldfinch’s chattered along the treeline.
